Elephant Rocks Golf Course is one of the premier wedding ceremony sites in Northern Arizona. The majestic Bill Williams Mountain provides the canvas for your beautiful wedding while the beautifully manicured golf course and stands of tall Ponderosa Pines create an unparalleled setting.
Our banquet hall, nestled in the tall pines, is located just across the first tee box from our main clubhouse. The walk from the ceremony site to the reception can be as little as a 30 steps depending on the desired ceremony location. This makes Elephant Rocks Golf Course the perfect all inclusive venue for your big day. A true convenience for the wedding party and guests.
For the Bridal Party, there is a small wedding suite on property with a living space, bathroom and changing room. This charmingly decorated little cottage in the pines is the perfect place to get prepared for the big day. This is a great place to meet your photographer for the pre-wedding pictures.
The wedding package includes the opportunity to take your wedding photographs on property. The famous Elephant Rocks are easily accessed from the bridal suite and provide a memorable setting for your wedding photographs. Our staff will work directly with your photographer to help them find the most beautiful locations.
The weather in Williams during the summer is PERFECT. Rarely do the summer temperatures climb out of the low 80’s. Williams is the perfect Destination Wedding location. Known as the Gateway to the Grand Canyon, Williams is a charming town with plenty for your guests to experience during their stay. It is a wonderful alternative to venues in the major metropolitan areas that fight the extreme Arizona summer heat.
